Implement “Turnkey Computerization” of Examination and Allied Systems
DHRD plans to align the academic calendar/examination schedule in time by enabling them with
ICT tools. The current uses of the technology are to expel manual, monotonous, repetitive and
redundant support of existing practices and to eliminate malpractices and delay in the processing
of university business rules.
The Objective is to have ICT based solution for all Business related to Examinations in
universities of Bihar. The DHRD, Govt. of Bihar is facilitating the Universities with ICT tools and
hence the bidder, as per Annexure-B, is required to supply the followings at Concerned University
Office –
a. Computer Systems ( Servers & Clients), Printers, Scanners, Online UPS,
b. Required Software
c. IT Manpower
