Impartial Hearing Officers
It is the Department's intent to procure contractual hearing officers to hear matters for the Department's Rehabilitation Services.
This action is federally funded and mandated. The Rehabilitation Services Act require the Agency to offer to its rehabilitation customers a dispute resolution process, including a hearing process. These hearing officers will be crucial in helping to hear various matters, decreasing the current caseload, as well as complying with Federal and State regulation.
