Impact Fee Ordinance Update
The City is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to assist the City in updating the City’s Impact Fee Ordinance. The City is moving from a multi-year impact fee update cycle to yearly in order to mirror the City’s capital improvement program which is developed prior to each year’s budget, hence time is of the essence.
