Immunization Batch File Preparation and Program Support
This RFP seeks qualified organizations capable of working with the technical contacts for organizations sending monthly electronic batch data to the IMR. The primary activities of the contractor will include:
• Provide and explain the data load requirements to potential data sources;
• Receive and test the initial data files;
• Map the data to the IMR import specifications;
• Deliver the validated and mapped data files to the IMR staff via a secure method
for final import to the IMR database.
