Image Scanning for City Wide Use
The City is soliciting bids from qualified Vendors to furnish reliable, scalable, and secure City wide scanning services on-site and off-site for various City departments. The successful Vendor shall work with the Information Technology Services Department (ITSD) along with other City departments to scan and convert various types of documents and media to electronic media. Scope includes, but is not limited to, media and document preparation, removal of staples/other encumbrances; repairing of pages as necessary; reattaching staples or clips as required; re-filing document to original folder and condition. Scanning shall be as needed and may be in several and separate phases or projects.
