Sources Sought

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research on behalf of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Durham, North Carolina through this sources sought to help determine the availability of qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Small Businesses (SB) to provide arrays and reagents to meet the below specifications.
Scope:
The Williamson Lab at the Durham, NC VAMC requires Illuminia EPIC Methylation arrays, reagents, and Multi-Ethnic arrays and reagents to complete biomarker studies on blood samples as a part of the CAP-Genetic and Epigenetic Biomarkersas Alterations of PTSD Diiagnosis and Prognosis project. The VA requires Illumina Methylation EPIC and Multi-Ethnic Global array kits to be purchased as a continuation of the experiments already in progress. The InfiniumB. Methylation EPIC and InfiniumB.Multi-Ethnic Global-8 v1array kits will be used on the Illumina iScan system equipment made by Illumina, Inc.

The VA requires the delivery of the below items:

Reagents must be shipped on dry ice and at ambient temperature for next day delivery from Illumina.

Period of Performance:
All items shall be delivered within 30 days of the contract award date.
The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses.
