Illinois Department of Revenue Integrated Tax System
The Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR) uses a variety of legacy computer applications running on different hardware platforms to administer over 70 taxes. IDOR is seeking a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) integrated tax processing software package to replace to replace its antiquated tax administration systems; the infrastructure required to properly support it; and the services necessary to ensure a successful implementation.
This solicitation includes a specific Business Enterprise Program (BEP) utilization goal of 19% based on eh availability of certified vendors to perform the anticipated direct subcontracting opportunities of this contract.
The business process reengineering and data conversion opportunities previously offered with this solicitation will be offered again shortly as separate requests for proposal. These requests are intended to augment IDORs internal staff in the execution of the ITS project.
