Organizational Overview
Virginia Resources Authority (VRA) provides low cost financing and flexible
structuring to local governments and service authorities for infrastructure projects.
Focused on customer service, VRA finances wastewater, drinking water, public safety,
solid waste, storm water drainage, transportation, federal facility development, and
brownfield remediation projects. VRA, created by the General Assembly in 1984, has
supported nearly 700 local projects across the Commonwealth through its bond and
revolving fund programs.
RFP Purpose
The purpose of this request is to solicit proposals from qualified sources for identity
development, graphic design, and website redesign services for VRA.
