Identify Development Scenarios
Through the Compass Blueprint Demonstration Project, the City seeks to identify development scenarios for the shops that could achieve the following objectives:
• Explore mixed-use and transit oriented scenarios that enhance the sustainability of the complex and help reduce greenhouse gas emissions;
• Create a development that will complement and enhance the existing complex; and
• Maximize the economic return of the development to the City.
