IUPUI STUDENT LIFE INITIATIVE
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT: Under the authority 6.302-1, "Only Once Responsible Source," it is the Government's intent to award a sole source service contract to Indiana University Purdue (IUPUI), for the procurement of advertising space and marketing opportunity at key leadership and student-focused events on the Indiana University Purdue (IUPUI) college campus and across social media venues. IUPUI is the only vendor able to allow access to the Colleges / University sites and venues for advertising to their students.
THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION.
This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available, and telephone request for a copy of the solicitation will not be honored. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All responses received within 15 days will be considered. If no affirmative written response is received, the service contract will be awarded without further notice.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is based upon and meets the requirements of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source.
Award of this service contract will be based upon the possible responses to this notice, and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
