ITIL Professional Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and any resulting contract award is to solicit proposals for assisting the State CIO to provide ITIL professional implementation services through the Office of the State CIOs Operational Excellence Program (OEP). The OEP is a continual service improvement program based on best practices, particularly including the ITIL framework defined by the United Kingdom Office of Government Commerce.
