The secretariat wishes to enter into a framework agreement under which appropriately qualified and experienced IT human resources can be quickly provided to work on site at the secretariats headquarters to meet variable demands.
The framework agreement will be such that IT human resources will be provided quickly and costeffectively
to the UNFCCC upon request, according to parameters specified within the agreement.
