The purpose of this RFP is to select a single vendor that can satisfy the need for one billing system application, and the implementation and training of that appication. This system will be used to manage all internal chargeback costs for telecommunication data usage and distributed usage. It is the intent to contract with a vendor that provides a single quality billing system application, implementation, and training for our support staff.
