IT Systems Development Work
The Department is seeking to establish a contract with a company that can provide IT systems development work within their web-based system. The purpose of this work is to improve BFIS in ways which will provide more efficient processes for the administration of childcare in Vermont.
The system is an n-tier, multi-server environment running mostly on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.3 (Tikanga) 64 bit. The application servers utilize Apache/2.2.3, Weblogic 10, and JDK (Java Development Kit) 1.5.0_16. The Database is Oracle 11g. There is one reporting server running on Windows 2003 Server with MS SQL and Crystal Reports 10.
