IT Strategic Planning Services
The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into an agreement with a qualified firm to guide a citywide Strategic Planning process under a fixed price contract, for a period not to exceed 6 months beginning August 1, 2011 to February 1, 2011. The ideal vendor will be an effective communicator, and willing to facilitate an open, inclusive and transparent process. The vendor will also be objective and accountable to both the administration and the City Council, and must have experience in facilitating a strategic planning process that will provide guidance for future policy direction, and continuous development and implementation of future services. They will have experience in the public sector in working with cities with a form of government similar to Murray. The Vendor will provide input and feedback to the Administration and City Council in a direct manner based on their observations and experience irrespective of current policies, practices, and procedures.
