IT Strategic Plan & Efficiency/Effectiveness Evaluation
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from vendors qualified to prepare an information technology strategic plan while concurrently performing an integrated assessment of information technology organizational efficiency and effectiveness. We will consider proposals from single vendors or from multiple vendors working as a team, though a prime contractor is highly desired in the case of the latter. The ideal vendor(s) will have experience in information technology strategic planning, information technology efficiency and effectiveness benchmarking and evaluation, and information systems architectures. They will have excellent management and technical consulting depth, be excellent communicators and write clearly and concisely. They will have experience in the public sector, and have worked with cities that are both larger and smaller than Boulder.
