The IT Staff Augmentation Acquisition is a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)/Multiple Award Task Order contract (MATOC).  This contract is intended to provide information technology (IT) staff augmentation for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA). Through this contract, the WMATA will award multiple IDIQ/MATOC contracts under which the Authority can award task orders to acquire IT services.  Each Task order awarded will be a five (5) year task order contract with a base and four (4) one year options. There are eight (8) Task Order Groups.


The DBE requirement goal for this contract is 30% unless a good faith waiver is requested and approved. WMTATA DBE Certification is required. Certification must be in place at time of award.


Use of subcontractors is limited to single tier subcontracting.


The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541512.
