The Company is exploring all solutions that could lead to a well-integrated and managed “core IT” environment as described within. The Company will consider one or more vendors to:
• Provide the design and architecture of a proposed new environment
• Provide physical or virtual hosting of the new environment
• Provide hardware support
• Perform all backup activities and Operating System maintenance
• Provide support to CoreLink end-users (to include account maintenance activities)
• The proposed environment must include client device support
• Management utilization and monitoring reports
• “Display” or dashboard options available with the proposed solution for real-time and dynamic utilization reporting, including, but not limited to, the functionality to define and display dash board parameters at the individual user level
• Seamless transition from the current infrastructure to the vendor infrastructure as a service hosted environment
CoreLink Administrative Solutions was formed in 2009 as a joint venture between two Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. We are seeking a strategic partner to provide network, desktop and business-oriented IT services. Enclosed you will find a Request for Proposal (RFP) for vendors who have the ability to provide basic IT Services and Support. Vendor responses should include your ability to provide a cloud based, highly reliable, highly available infrastructure for internal business needs and for connecting with external customers and partners. If you believe that your organization can fit the needs expressed in the enclosed RFP, please submit your response via the RPFDB.
CoreLink will be holding an open call to answer any questions that you may have. If you have a list of questions that you would like to submit in advance, please send them to [email protected] . We will be addressing any and all questions via this open call, however submitting them in advance will give us an opportunity to provide a more thorough and accurate response.
