IT Service and Asset Management Software Solution
SCOPE AND BACKGROUND: The Office is seeking to establish a
purchasing agreement with one company which will provide a software solution to assist the Department information
technology (IT) staff with the management of their infrastructure and IT Support Services.
CONTRACT PERIOD: Contracts arising from this request for proposal will be for a period of two years
with an option to renew for two 12 month extension periods. Proposed start date will be 4/1/2010.
