IT Service Management Software and Services
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from vendors to help us develop an IT Service Management implementation plan and select a software product. The ideal vendor will have experience implementing ITSM solutions in businesses and/or local government agencies of similar size to Kirkland, and in larger agencies, and in ITSM system selection. They will not be directly affiliated with any ITSM software firms.
