IT RFP for Boston-based Charter School

Please review of Word document outlining our RFP pertaining to equipment, infrastructure and IT support services for a Boston-based Charter School.
Regarding our technology infrastructure, we currently support approximately 55 active staff, about 200 computers (laptops and desktops), various network and standalone printers, operating in a mixed MS Windows, Linux, and Macintosh environment. In addition, we have 2 servers, one of which is set up for remote desktop logins, Sharepoint services, Moodle, and various other software products that support our work. BDEA's users include both staff and students. Our internal technology services department currently consists of one part-time staff person.
We are requesting a separate proposal for the equipment necessary to support our own network.
