IT Professional Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and any resulting contract award is to solicit proposals for professional services to deploy a Computer Associates (CA) Unicenter Network Systems Monitoring (NSM) and reporting software suite (refer to Section IX, Appendix C) across the ITS Enterprise as described in Section IX, Appendix A, including monitoring of remotes sites and integration with existing infrastructure components in order to:
Replace the current server monitoring and performance assurance software
Implement the new monitoring and reporting software ensuring the functionality of the previous server monitoring and performance assurance tools is maintained.
Extend capabilities to integrate disparate monitoring sources into a centrally functioning and managed solution.
Exploit advanced capabilities of the integrated solution and interact with the Service Desk and ITAM efforts in progress.
