The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from experienced consultants to evaluate the current information technology (IT) infrastructure supporting Council operations and determine what, if any, changes need to be made to increase efficiency and effectiveness. We are a small government office comprised of 12 individuals involved in the management of marine fisheries off the Mid-Atlantic coast.
