IT Contract Services
The Organization is seeking the services of one Programmer Analyst for staff augmentation to address the enhancement requests for the Program Management Office Application for the following role as described below:
1. .NET Programmer/Analyst
During the development life cycle, for the project identified above, the required deliverables to be completed by the programmer/analyst will include, but not be limited to, the following tasks:
Program: Functionality developed according to design specifications using ASP.NET.
Unit Test: Creation and execution of test scripts, using nUnit, in order to verify that each programmed module will function properly when it is inserted into the system.
System Test: Creation and execution of system tests to prove that the system is meeting the defined business requirements.
The .NET programmer/analyst must have a stable work history that includes 3 years of .NET development experience in a corporate environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or technical training equivalent is required. Technical skills required are proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and other Windows based applications. Refer to attachment G .NET Programmer/Analyst Skill Set Matrix for additional technology/processes and software skills. The candidate should possess strong problem solving, object oriented design, and development skills
2. Project Assumptions
It should be assumed that OPERS will provide on-site work space, and basic administrative support for contracted vendor employees. Project will utilize existing development, test and production environments.
