IT Consulting Services for Dept of Workforce Services CUBS Program
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide information technology consulting services for the Utah Department of Workforce Services. The Department of Technology Services provides information technology support to the Utah Department of Workforce Services and other executive branch state agencies. The specialized information technology consulting services needed for this project at the Utah Department of Workforce Services are to:
- Develop new software and enhancements for the Comprehensive Unemployment Benefit System (CUBS)
- Provide on-going support of CUBS claims intake
- Analyze and make recommendations for improving performance and functionality in CUBS
- provide on-going support of CUBS automated correspondence
- Conduct troubleshooting and problem resolution for CUBS
- Assist the users and other developers with the design of the functions and features as needed
- Provide training and mentoring to DTS/DWS developers
- Provide status reports to management and supervisors
- Be available to support operations at off hours
- Must be available to work on-site at DWS full-time.
