This solicitation is reserved for only self-certified local small businesses timely registered with the
Countys LSBRP.
The Montgomery County Technology Modernization Project (TechMod) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP)
to procure IT consulting and technical services for Montgomery County. The objective of this solicitation is to enable
County to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner in support of the
implementation of the Oracle version R12 Financials, Human Resources, Procurement, and Supply Chain
eBusiness suite modules (see Attachment I for complete list of Oracle eBusiness modules), Oracle Human
Resources Analytics Fusion Edition and Procurement and Spend Analytics Fusion Edition modules, Oracle Data
Warehouse Builder, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, Informatica, PeopleSoft Pension Administration
and Hyperion Planning, Oracle Data Integrator, Workforce Planning and Performance Scorecard modules. It is
anticipated other software modules will be procured in support of the TechMod project to be covered by this
contract. Through resultant contracts issued under this RFP, the County will have a flexible means of obtaining
