IT Computer Supplies and Accessories
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the ITC36 Procurement Management Team (PMT) are soliciting Bidders for the acquisition of a broad range of IT computer supplies and accessory products that will support the statewide contract for IT computer hardware and services (ITC16a). The resulting contract from this ITC36 solicitation will be the primary statewide contract used by Executive Agencies of the Commonwealth for the goods and services covered by the contract. The statewide contract will be available for use by other eligible entities listed under the Issuer tab. The products available under this solicitation and resulting contract will overlap with the computer supplies and accessories available under statewide contract ITC16a. The purpose for establishing this separate statewide contract is to provide a means for eligible entities to procure the most commonly-purchased computer supplies and accessories at discounted pricing and quick turn-around time. The PMT is seeking Bidders who have a history of good customer service, capacity and experience that are capable of providing virtually all of the products listed under the RFR Section 1.1 at the most aggressive, competitive pricing. Bidders are advised that OSD (1) restricts submission of written questions to the publicly accessible online Forum tool and (2) requires all responses to be submitted using the online submission tools available to active SmartBid account holders only, as specified in the RFR file attached on the Specifications tab of this record.
