IT CONSULTING STAFF AUGMENTATION-USSDS REWRITE PROJECT
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide information technology consulting services for the Utah Department of Human Services. The Department of Technology Services provides information technology support to the Utah Department of Human Services and other executive branch state agencies. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain additional developers (contractors) to augment an existing team that is re-writing the Unified Social Services Delivery System (USSDS). This is a legacy system that is being replaced with a new information system to integrate several DHS internal systems and streamline the Department's billing and payment process. This project is expected to have a two year duration and the new system will go live in April 2011.
