IT Application Services Provider Hosting
The purpose of this RFP is to select an ASP who will host and support an Oracle PeopleSoft Administrative and ancillary systems. This request for proposal outlines the current enterprise system environment, describes the required scope of hosting, production support, maintenance, application development, and establishes the service levels the University seeks from the successful bidder. It also includes a set of instructions for responding firms to follow in order to describe their experience, capabilities and financial proposals.
