The FAA is seeking competent and qualified Small Businesses interested in providing proposals for this project.

1. This project is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business.
2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611420 b Computer Training. Small Business Size Standard is $11.0 million.
3. This requirement is for the development of an ISSO foundational training program for 16 attendees.

The contractor is to provide all personnel, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and any other items necessary to perform the required ISSO training in accordance with the facilitybs statement of work, local, state and Federal codes and laws.

AN OFFEROR MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING GO/NO-GO CRITERIA IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AWARD:
Offerors must have the following minimum experience and provide the following information to substantiate the experience:
a. Specialized Experience Document (attachment #3) must be provided on at least two (2) past or current contracts/projects on which your firm performed ISSO training services in the same size (greater than or equal to $10,000), and similar scope of this requirement.
Contracts/projects must be either in process or within the last three (3) years. Attachment #3 b Specialized Experience must contain the contracting agency, (FAA, Other Federal, State, and local governments). You must provide the contract number or project identifier, which includes a current point of contact, email address, and phone number. The information provided will also be used as part of the responsibility determination.
b. Contractors must have Active registration in SAM that reflects no exclusions or delinquent federal debt. Contractors can register at www.sam.gov.

FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION WILL DEEM SUBMITTED PROPOSALS NON-RESPONSIVE.
