ISA 2006 REPLACEMENT SERVERS
Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to issue a solicitation for the following commercial supply:
The requirement is for procurement for a quantity of 5 each ISA 2006 replacement Servers that will meet or exceed the following minimum software and hardware requirements of:
Due to Security and Warranty requirements, no "Gray Market" vendors are to be used. Item(s) must be acquired from an authorized reseller. Warranty statement required.
CLIN 0001 - ASM REPLACEMENT SERVER Citrix Netscaler MPX 9700 or equal - 5 EACH
SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
•· MUST be FIPS 140-2 compliant for replacement hardware/software combination
•· MUST handle OCSP internally and communicate with OCSP responder
•· MUST Support L3-L7 enterprise firewall with load balancing
•· MUST have failover capability
•· High availability option/support (Active - Active, Active - Passive, Cluster)
•· System MUST have redundant power supplies
•· MUST have Configurable SSL certificate store
•· MUST have traffic surge protection

•· MUST have the ability for logging, on demand statistics, and generation of reports

•· Minimum 200,000 HTTP requests/sec
•· Minimum 2,000 SSL transactions/sec (2K key certificates)
•· Minimum 1 Gbps SSL throughput
•· Minimum 2 Gbps compression throughput
•· Minimum 10,000 SSL VPN concurrent users
•· FIPS Management Port
•· USB Port
•· Removable Hard Disk Drive used to store system data (disaster recovery)
•· Dual Power Supplies, each rated at 450 watts, 110-220 volts
•· Two 10/100/1000Base-T copper Ethernet Management Ports
CLIN 0002 - Installation and Configuration
Install and configure system and network at NUWC Keyport, WA:
•· Configure FIPS; key generation, certificate request, and key mapping
•· Implement DOD certificate; install DOD root certificate, and configure CRL or OCSP
•· Configure Load Balancing for Web Interface
•· Configure Gateway and Migrate ruleset from Microsoft ISA 2006
•· Document the configuration in memo format; review documentation and deployed features with Keyport staff
CLIN 0003 - Small Form Pluggable Adapter - Citrix Netscaler Small Form Pluggable adapter (Part Number EW3A0000712), or equal GBIT Ethernet LX - 5 EACH
It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 03 JUNE 2014. This requirement is being issued as a synopsis for a commercial item in accordance with FAR 5.203. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis. The solicitation number for this requirement will be issued as a request for proposal (RFP) N00253-14-R-0019. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334112 Computer Storage Device Manufacturing; this procurement will be solicited under FAR 6.1-Full and Open Competition.
