The U.S. Army Corps Engineer, Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (CEHNC) is seeking qualified firms to provide services to safely locate, identify, recover, evaluate, manage, and make final disposition of Military and Explosives of Concern (MEC) (including Munitions Constituents (MC), Chemical Warfare Materiel (CWM), Depleted Uranium (DU), and Biological Warfare Materiel (BWM) under Military and Munitions Response (MMR); safely locate, identify, recover, evaluate, manage, and make final disposition of Hazardous, Toxic and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) including Biological Waste; implement and conduct Environmental Compliance and Remediation Services (ECRS) involving primarily HTRW and MC; provide Other Munitions-Related Services (OMRS) involving military munitions not accounted for under MMR (e.g., anomaly avoidance, construction support, etc.); reduce munitions stockpiles. The Government's intent is to solicit and award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) in support of the IRES2 Program. CEHNC anticipates awarding a contract for a three (3) year base ordering period, and one (1), two-year optional ordering period. The anticipated program capacity is approximately $750 Million.
