Dear Sir/Madam,
International Rescue Committee (IRC) is announcing an RFP for Program Data Platform. The RFP's main goal is to identify a supplier who will provide high-level guidance and support on the implementation of the platform. This would involve a complete review and validation of IRC's program data platform strategy, as well as the development of an implementation plan, in close coordination with IRC's IT Department and International Department.
We would like to invite your Company to submit a proposal.
Here are the main milestones:
RFP is formally announced as of today, January 21, 2015.
Intent to respond with all written questions are due via email by 5 PM EST, Thursday, January 29th.
Final proposals are due by 5 PM EST, Monday, February 16th.
The proposals should be submitted electronically to the following email addresses: semir.tanovic@rescue.org , sherif.blaku@rescue.org , Quentin.Scott@rescue.org and GSCHD@rescue.org , making sure that the subject line follows this pattern:
IRC's Program Data Platform ##288769## Your Company Name .

The final phase 2 will be around March 2nd.
