Companies wishing to participate in the competitive bid for Global Service Partnership “IP Networks and Solutions
Partner” are requested to submit their best technical and economic offer relating to the following specific perimeter:

Functionalities embedded in wired and Wi-Fi network systems to manage and transport dynamically
multimedia traffic

d. ROADMAP AND EVOLUTION COMMITMENT
New Features development
o it is required that the product evolution and feature development of offered product and services is
part of the RFP proposal. The Partner shall specify how it will be performed. This shall include direct
engagement with product R&D units R&D access and Expo Lab collaboration
o the IP Networks and solutions Partner shall collaborate with Expo and its Partners in the evaluation of
future innovative product and services. In particular the IP Networks and solutions Partner shall
express its desire and commitment to collaborate on future IP services (e.g. Telepresence 3D for
consumer).
