I am pleased to invite you to submit a proposal for an IP Business Call Center Telephone system and Voice Processing System, to Time Communications an Arvig company. Time Communications is a call center headquartered in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Established in 1972, we are celebrating our 42th year of providing quality telecommunication services to large and small companies alike. Our client base is extensive and includes Medical, Order taking, Customer service, Legal intakes, and others. We have live agents on duty 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days a year. Time Communications presently employs about 100 employees, 60% of which work from their home.
Time Communications is owned by ARVIG located Perham, Minnesota. Established in 1950, East Ottertail Telephone Company (Arvig) has grown from a small family owned telephone company to one of the largest independent telecommunications providers in the nation.
Time Communications is soliciting bids from reputable manufacturers and distributors of business telephone systems and voice mail equipment.
