ANNOUNCEMENT.

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, Cleveland, Ohio anticipates award of an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract (IDIQ).

This announcement is two -fold, one to determine if there are any Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) that can provide this services along with knowledge of other potential qualified sources and their size classifications, Hub Zone, 8(a), small and small disadvantaged businesses, women owned small businesses, FSS/GSA Contract Schedule Holders or large businesses relative to NAICS 624221 (Temporary Shelter, $11 Million), Second, is there any community provider (Contractors) who can provide emergency housing to Veterans along with services consistent with Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program objectives. The goal of this contract is to remove homeless male Veterans from the street or places unfit for human habitation and place them in community-based, residential environments. These residences must have sufficient services to meet the needs of the Veterans served through the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center (HCHV) program that provides case management and outreach services to Veterans and facilitates their access to a broad range of medical, mental health, and rehabilitative services. HCHV s goal is to engage homeless Veterans in treatment and place them in a safe and secure environment that supports their rehabilitation goals.

The Prospective Contractor will be considered based on the following VA facility catchment area: Canton , Ohio; Stark County. Priority will be given to businesses with beds geographically located closest to the Canton Community Based Outpatient Clinic. Awards may also be based on residential capacity for rapid placement for up to a maximum of six (6) male veterans within a safe, community-based residences.

The Contractor must have staff available 24/7/365 days to provide therapeutic, rehabilitative and recovery services needed by the Veterans residents.
