INVITATION FOR BID FOR TIMBER SALE NAVAL OUTLYING FIELD WHITEHOUSE JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA
Invitation for Bids (IFB): Sealed bids will be received for purchase and removal of designated pine timber on approximately 63 acres located on Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonvillebs Outlying Field (OLF) Whitehouse, Duval County, Florida until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at which time they will be opened publicly and read at the office of the Navy Marine Corp Relief Society (NMCRS) at the Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, Building 13, Jacksonville, FL 32212. This is a lump sum sale. Inspection of the timber offered for sale and removal is invited and may be arranged by contacting Mr. Will Henry, Forester, at (904) 542-4231. Prospective bidders are expected to visit the site and satisfy themselves as to type, species, quality and volume of timber to be cut and the logging conditions.
