INVESTMENT ANALYSIS & ASSET VALUATION SERVICES
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is PBGC01-RQ-14-0062 and is being issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69, effective 1 August 2013. The NAICS Code is 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.
This requirement is for investment analysis and asset valuation services. (See Statement of Work).
Proposals shall be for a total cost of the services for the investment analysis and asset valuation services.
Offeror must be registered in the System For Awards Management (SAM) database before an award can be made to them. If the offeror is not registered in SAM, it may do so through the SAM website at http://www.sam.gov.
This is not Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated.

Questions to the Combined Synopsis shall be submitted electronically to [email protected] not later than 10:00 am (Eastern Standard Time) 7 July 2014. Answers to questions submitted shall be via Amendment to the Solicitation by 8 April 2014.
Proposals shall be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than 10:00 am (Eastern Standard Time) 10 July 2014. Proposals must be valid for thirty (45) days after due date. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFP will be published thru FeBizOpps. Therefore, it is the Offeror's responsibility to visit the FedBizOpps website frequently for updates on this procurement.
