The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia Contracts Office is seeking, for information and planning purposes, qualified and experienced sources interested in providing a totally electronic accessible (Internet-based) non-government standards subscription for Department of Defense (DoD) architecture and engineering staff beginning September 30, 2014.
