This is modification 4 to the synopsis entitled INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION COMMERCIAL RESUPPLY SERVICES 2 (CRS2), NNJ14507542R which was posted on June 16, 2014. You are notified that the following changes are made: 1. The CRS2 Request for Proposal (RFP) has been posted. The RFP is a solicitation. 2. The Technical Library has been updated on the CRS2 Website. 3. The "Anonymous Questions to the Contracting Officer and Feedback" link has been removed from the CRS2 website. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/JSC Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa .gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=73 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Questions or comments on the RFP should be submitted in writing by October 17, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. Houston, TX Local Time to the point of contact listed below to allow for timely analysis and dissemination of responses. To promote completion and submission of proposals on schedule, the Government may not respond to questions received after this date.
