INTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES
qualified individuals or firms to provide internal auditing services to the THC. The selected individual or firm will be responsible for all aspects of the internal audit function at the THC including risk assessment, conducting internal audits, producing audit reports, discussing the findings with the THC’s audit committee, and preparing the annual internal audit report.
