The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) intends to make a sole source award to InGenesis, Inc for Nationwide Occupational Health (OH) Operational Support Services to support Program Support Center (PSC),Federal Occupational Health (FOH). The OH operational Support Services includes: Occupational Health Account Development, Administration, Fiscal, Consultation Services; Logistics and Support Services; and Direct Service Delivery. Work will be performed by over 300 staff at designated FOH Area Offices (AO), customer officers and/or designated Service Provision Sites (SPS) in 27 cities, including sites that provide direct care to enable FOH to fulfill its interagency agreements with other Federal agencies in the U.S., its territories and trusts. The Contractor shall be responsible for recruitment, orientation, training, and oversight of all OH professional and administrative personnel. This acquisition is for modification of the existing contract, HHSP233201100079A. The contract ceiling will be increased by $9.5mil. The period of performance will consist of a 5-month period including a three-month period and two(2)one-month option periods.


This award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Requisition (FAR)6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.


This notice of intent is not a request for competitive orders. However, all responsible sources will submit a capability statement within eleven (11) calendar days after the publication which shall be considered by the agency. Responses received after the response date or without the required information may not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete as a result of information received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The projected award date is June 2019.
