INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Spare Vidyo Audio/Video Equipment
Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to York Telecom Corporation for audio/visual equipment for use with the TeleICU system. NAICS Code 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to the ability to interface with version 3.9 of Philips Healthcare eCareManager software and meets the latency constraints within the VA. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government.
