Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Pharmacyclics, Inc. for Imbruvica (Ibrutinib) for use in cancer treatments. NAICS Code 325412 Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to the ability to specialized nature of this medication. No solicitation will be issued.
