The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Cramer Fish Sciences for Environmental DNA (eDNA) experiments and tidal model creation. A sole source justification has been prepared in support of this acquisition. The sole source justification pertains to a partial funding contribution toward the continuation of related experiments, enabling USBR to directly collaborate on this project. This project has been occurring and will continue to occur, however Reclamationbs involvement would be beneficial for maximizing the utility of monitoring tools developed for Reclamations needs.
