INTEGRATED TICKETING, RESERVATIONS & RETAIL SYSTEM
The University is inviting Proposals from qualified firms to supply an integrated ticketing, reservations and retail system for the Museum.
The purpose of this RFP is to obtain a comprehensive box office and online ticketing system for
visitor general admissions, theater reserve seating, and a POS system for the Museum Stores.
Ticketing and retail systems must be a solution integrated with existing membership and financial
systems and include software, system implementation, data conversion, and training to meet the
functional requirements described herein. Vendor response to RFP must include recommended
hardware, and technical specifications. After award, successful vendor and the Museum will enter formal contract for software licensing, hardware as necessary, maintenance,
professional services and training.
