INTEGRAL CHASSIS STREET SWEEPERS
The Contractor must furnish and deliver the new, current model, Integral Chassis Street Sweepers as specified, F.O.B., City of Chicago, Department of Fleet Management, in accordance with all the terms and conditions of this specification.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 9:30 A.M., Chicago Time on Wednesday July 15, 2009 in the Department of Procurement Services, Bid and Bond Room, City Hall, Room 301, 121 N. LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois. EXECUTE AND SUBMIT ONE (1) COMPLETE ORIGINAL BID PACKAGE. All signatures to be sworn to before a Notary Public. Bid must be sealed, delivered and received in the City of Chicago, Department of Procurement Services,
Bid and Bond Room, City Hall, Room 301, 121 N. LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois, 60602 NO LATER than 11:00 a.m., Chicago Time on Wednesday, August 5, 2009 Bids will be read publicly. Bid package must be complete and returned in its entirety.
