INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES

The Municipal Organization is issuing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) in order to procure a qualified professional firm (Broker) to provide services that will include, but not be limited to: insurance brokerage, insurance administration, loss control and other related miscellaneous services (the “Services”) to the organization. The respondent shall demonstrate its capability to adequately meet the demands of the organization with respect to the requirements of this RFQ. At its discretion, PHDC may contract with one or more Brokers who will perform and supply all the Services requested pursuant to this RFQ.
