INSURANCE BROKER SERVICES
The City of Evans (the "City") is seeking competitive proposals from insurance brokers
to provide brokerage and consulting services for the Citys Employee Benefits Program.
Interested and qualified brokers/consultants who have demonstrated their ability at
comparable work are invited to submit proposals.
The broker services detailed in this section are to be performed for the City on a
contractual basis for a maximum of three (3) years, automatically renewable (or
terminable) at the end of each year depending upon the Citys budget allocations; with up
to two (2) one-year extensions possible. It is anticipated that these services will be re-bid
at the end of the term of this contract. The City reserves the right to terminate such
contract by giving ninety (90) days advance written notice. The primary broker may
terminate such contract upon giving ninety (90) days advance written notice.
