When issued the Solicitation/Request for Proposal can be found on the DSCC Bid website at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 2540 - 015480016. An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract with a base period of three years and two 1 year options is anticipated. The total duration, based plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be issued using FAR Part 13.5 Procedures and will be available on DLA DIBBS on or about issue date of 4/8/19.
